To pay for your order via bank transfer, simply login to your online/mobile banking and send your total order value with the transaction reference as your order reference (for example #PW1234).

Ordering Process, Stock Availability & Lead Times
For same day dispatch, your order must be paid by our cut off time of 15:00. Orders that have not been paid will be cancelled after 2 working days. We will only process your order once we have received the full payment into our account.
All orders are processed within 1 business days after payment has been successfully received and cleared. Please note payment via card link takes up to 2 working days to clear.
Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, our team will begin processing your order for dispatch. All orders are carefully checked and packed to ensure accuracy before leaving our warehouse.
Where all items are in stock, orders received before 15:00 (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same working day.
If your order is time-sensitive or you would like to confirm current stock availability before placing your order, please contact our team and we will be happy to assist.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
